The ASB meeting is going virtual! Dec 2-4, 2020

Abstract deadline extended to November 23

As a result of ongoing COVID-19-realted restrictions on travel and social gatherings, this year’s meeting will be held virtually, with a focus on early and mid-career researchers.

We are particularly excited about the two joints sessions with early-career researchers (ECRs) from the Biophysical Society of Japan and the UC Davis Biophysics student chapter. These joint sessions will provide an opportunity for early career and PhD students to highlight their work on an international platform and network with other young Biophysicists.

Program

Planned program sessions include, but are not limited to, the following themes:
  • • Molecular Modelling
  • • Membrane Proteins
  • • Ion Channels
  • • COVID-19 Biophysics
  • • ASB New Zealand session
  • • UC Davis EMCR Exchange session
  • • Career options for biophysicists in academia and elsewhere
The final programme will be published shortly
